Estimation of parallelism measurement uncertainty according to the Geometrical Product Specifications standard using coordinate measuring machine

چکیده

The dimensional and geometrical specifications control of a mechanical part is commonly done using coordinate measuring machine. Collecting processing measurement data through probe, it allows the conformity according to specific tolerances. An accurate estimation uncertainty critical; within this framework that our study oriented; we aim estimate parallelism error Guide Expression Measurement Uncertainty (GUM), then will proceed Monte Carlo simulation compare obtained uncertainty, an inter-laboratory comparison validate model. Our contribution based on more detailed precise uncertainties process taking into accounts calibration machine propagation uncertainties.
